Synopsis

In this audiovisual work, I embark on an intimate exploration of my own body’s energy. Using the ancient chakra system as my map, I’ve encoded each center through sound, color, elemental forces, and movement. The creation of this piece was a meditative ritual—I woke each day at Brahmamuhurta, that still, liminal hour before dawn, to center myself before diving into each sequence. This is not just a film—it is a conversation between body and spirit, an attempt to capture the invisible energies that move within us all, bringing them into light for others to witness, feel, and connect with.
