This is an immersive workshop series designed to practice mindful attention to the body through the perceptive systems. Each session focuses on a different sense engaging in a co-creative/collective exploration of how we sense and make sense of the world.
In Sensoria we open a space to re:discover and re:member our connection to nature by tuning into the living-sensing body; to exercise focused attention and gratitude in the presence of our perceptive systems.
By bridging diverse knowledge systems, we open new ways of understanding embodiment, connection, and the profound dynamic interaction between self and environment.
