A heartfelt welcome to my virtual nest.

I am Eliana Araque. Colombian, Berlin-based, artist, philosopher, educator. But before all of that: I am a deeply devoted student of the world, its beauty, its patterns, its fragility, its absurd and tender interconnectedness.

I work with the body as my primary site of knowledge, as a living archive of memory, of wisdom, of nature, of our profound and often forgotten belonging to something larger than ourselves. Through my work I create spaces where complexity softens into sensations and feelings, where the unfamiliar becomes recognition, and where understanding arrives as a breath.

My work seeks to create feedback loops between artistic practice, philosophical reflection and science communication. I recognize the interdependence of these disciplines and their shared root and gesture: an attempt to understand, and to share that understanding with care.

I believe in the power of small gestures. In education as an act of love. In art as one of the most ancient and honest ways we have of saying: you are not alone, and the world is astonishingly, quietly, beautifully alive.
