A guided walk in nature with Cordele Glass

Part of Catalyst’s Psychology of Creativity Summer Course, this immersive experience invites participants to step away from routine and explore creativity through movement, sensory awareness, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

Together, we will discover how walking, attention, and embodied experience can unlock new perspectives, creative insights, and a deeper sense of presence.

I kicked off the morning at BreakfastInMotion, MotionLab.Berlin’s regular gathering for startups, entrepreneurs, and creatives. I shared Way of Care, my methodology for building more resilient relationships with ourselves, others, and the living Earth through science communication, relational epistemologies, artistic practice, and the ethics of care — alongside a talk from Dr. Amelia McConville (ART+SCIENCE SALON) on bridging research, creativity, and public engagement.

This week, I am wrapping up an incredible journey with the KU Mach-Programm by Kreatives Unternehmertum. As this year-long program comes to a close, I will be presenting the results of my last two years of incubation: Way of Care. I am delighted to share that I will be contributing to the Healing Arts Congress 2026 with two presentations:

Way of Care & Care for the Caretakers: Art, Embodiment, and Relational Care as Preventive Cultural Infrastructures

&

From Ego to Eco: Cultivating Relational Well-Being through EcoSomatic Practice in the Academic and Early Researcher Community. With my friend and long time collaborator Anna Kanitz

Both contributions explore how artistic practice, embodied learning, and philosophies of care can foster individual and collective well-being, strengthen communities, and create meaningful bridges between art, science, and healthcare.

I look forward to joining researchers, practitioners, artists, and healthcare professionals from around the world in this interdisciplinary dialogue.
